1. About SellQro
SellQro is a lead-management software service operated by Anirup Technologies. In this policy, “SellQro,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Anirup Technologies and the SellQro service.
SellQro provides business workspaces for managing enquiries, leads, follow-ups, team access, integrations, support and plan billing.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the SellQro website, SellQro application, Customer Workspaces, support interactions and supported integrations, including the SellQro WordPress Connector and Meta Instant Forms.
It does not replace the privacy notices of customer websites or third-party services such as Meta, WordPress form-plugin providers, hosting companies, SMTP providers or payment providers.
3. Information we collect
Account and workspace information
- Name, business or workspace name, email address and account role.
- Authentication, session, membership and workspace-setting information.
- Plan, usage, invoice, payment-status and support information.
Lead and enquiry information
Workspace users may manually enter, import or receive lead information. Depending on the source and fields configured by the workspace, this may include:
- Name, company, email address and phone number.
- Enquiry details, requirements and answers submitted through a form.
- Lead source, status, assignment, notes, follow-ups and activity history.
- Form, submission and delivery identifiers and timestamps.
Information received through Meta
When an authorised Workspace Admin connects a Meta Page or Instant Form, SellQro may process:
- Meta Page ID and name, and Instant Form ID, name and status.
- Permissions granted to the SellQro Meta app.
- An encrypted Page access token required to operate the authorised connection.
- Meta lead, Page and form identifiers and delivery timestamps.
- Fields submitted through the connected Meta Instant Form, such as name, email address, phone number, company and form answers.
SellQro uses this information to deliver a submitted lead to the exact Customer Workspace that connected the corresponding Page and form. SellQro does not use the Meta connector to create advertisements or obtain advertising-performance reports.
Information received through the SellQro WordPress Plugin
When an authorised Workspace Admin pairs a WordPress website with a SellQro Customer Workspace, the plugin may send:
- The WordPress website URL.
- A unique connector installation ID.
- Plugin and connector-schema versions.
- Connector, event, form, source and submission identifiers.
- A private source label and delivery timestamp.
- Only the lead fields explicitly mapped and permitted by the WordPress administrator, such as name, company, email address, phone number and enquiry details.
SellQro uses this information to authenticate the connector, prevent duplicate deliveries, diagnose delivery problems and deliver the mapped lead only to the exact Customer Workspace paired with that WordPress installation.
The connector does not use a workspace ID supplied by a website form to select the destination workspace. Workspace association is determined from the securely paired connector credential.
The connector excludes unmapped fields, passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, CAPTCHA values, nonces, security tokens, API keys, files or file URLs, hidden security metadata and raw form submissions.
The plugin may also store permitted form entries locally on the WordPress website. That local copy remains under the control of the website owner and is subject to the website’s own privacy notice and retention settings.
Technical and security information
- IP address, browser or device information and request timestamps.
- Essential cookies and session information required for authentication and security.
- Error, security, connector-delivery, audit and activity logs.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Create, authenticate and maintain SellQro accounts and workspaces.
- Provide lead-management, assignment, follow-up, import and export features.
- Connect authorised Meta Pages and forms and deliver submitted leads.
- Pair authorised WordPress installations and deliver permitted mapped form entries.
- Authenticate integrations and prevent duplicate or unauthorised deliveries.
- Provide support, billing, service notices and account administration.
- Protect SellQro against misuse, fraud, unauthorised access and security threats.
- Monitor reliability, diagnose errors and improve the service.
- Meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
5. Workspace ownership and responsibilities
A SellQro Customer Workspace controls the lead information entered, imported or connected to that workspace. The workspace owner is responsible for ensuring that it has a lawful basis, appropriate privacy notices and any required consent to collect and use its leads’ information.
For the WordPress Connector, the website and workspace owner is also responsible for:
- Selecting which form fields are mapped and transmitted.
- Providing appropriate notices on the connected website.
- Configuring lawful consent where required.
- Managing the local WordPress copy of form entries.
- Reviewing notification recipients and retention settings.
SellQro processes workspace lead data to provide the service. Workspace information is separated by workspace, and one workspace is not permitted to access another workspace’s leads or integration records.
SellQro platform staff do not routinely manage or inspect tenant lead content through the SellQro Admin Portal.
6. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information only when necessary with:
- Service providers supporting hosting, infrastructure, security, communications or technical operations.
- Meta when a Workspace Admin authorises and operates a Meta connection.
- Payment providers such as Razorpay when a workspace initiates an online payment. SellQro does not store complete card credentials.
- Professional advisers, regulators, courts or authorities where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
- A successor organisation in connection with a lawful merger, restructuring or transfer, subject to appropriate protections.
Lead information received through the WordPress Connector is delivered only to the exact paired SellQro Customer Workspace. It is not shared with other SellQro workspaces.
7. Data retention
We retain information while an account or workspace is active and for as long as reasonably required to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
Disconnecting a Meta Page clears the stored Page access token and disables future imports from that connection. Previously imported leads and limited delivery history may remain in the Customer Workspace until they are deleted or a verified deletion request is completed.
Disconnecting or resetting a WordPress Connector disables future deliveries from that connector. Leads already delivered to SellQro and limited connector-delivery or audit history may remain until they are deleted or a verified deletion request is completed.
Deleting an entry from WordPress does not automatically delete a lead already delivered to SellQro. Similarly, deleting a SellQro lead does not automatically delete a locally stored WordPress entry. Requests may need to be processed separately in each system that stores a copy.
Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups rotate. Information that must be retained for legal, payment, fraud-prevention or security purposes may be restricted and retained only for the required period.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and your relationship with SellQro, you may request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion of personal information. You may also withdraw an authorisation or object to certain processing where applicable.
Workspace users should normally contact their Workspace Admin first regarding lead information controlled by that workspace. A person who submitted information through a connected WordPress website may also need to contact the owner of that website regarding information stored locally in WordPress.
You may also contact SellQro using the email address below.
Instructions for Meta-related deletion requests are available at:
https://sellqro.com/meta-data-deletion/
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, workspace separation, encrypted storage for supported secrets and tokens, scoped connector credentials, signed request verification, replay protection and activity logging.
No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Website owners are responsible for securing their WordPress installation, administrator accounts, hosting environment, form plugins, SMTP configuration and any other software operating on their website.
10. International processing
Information may be processed in locations where SellQro or its service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.
11. Children
SellQro is a business service and is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly create SellQro accounts for children.
12. Third-party services
Connections to Meta, Razorpay or other third-party services are governed by those providers’ own terms and privacy policies. SellQro is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties.
WordPress websites, hosting providers, form plugins and SMTP or email plugins are operated independently by the website owner or their providers. Their collection, local storage, email delivery and other processing activities are governed by the website owner’s privacy notice and the applicable provider terms.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our service, integrations or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the date above.
