Meta Data Deletion

Use these instructions to disconnect Meta from SellQro or request deletion of information received through the SellQro Meta app.

Who can make a request?

You may submit a request if you are:

• A SellQro Workspace Admin who connected a Meta Page or Instant Form.
• An authorised representative of the business that controls the connected Meta Page.
• A person whose information was submitted through a Meta Instant Form and delivered to SellQro.

Option 1: Disconnect Meta from your SellQro workspace

Disconnecting clears the stored Page access token, disables connected forms and stops future Meta lead imports for that connection.

Important: Disconnecting does not automatically delete leads that were already imported or limited delivery and audit history. To request deletion of previously stored information, follow Option 2.

Option 2: Email a deletion request

Include the minimum information necessary for us to locate and verify the request:

If you are a Workspace Admin

• Your registered SellQro account email.
• Your SellQro workspace name.
• The connected Meta Page name or Page ID, if known.
• Whether you want the connection only, Meta-derived leads, or all associated Meta data deleted.

If you submitted a Meta Instant Form

• Your full name.
• The email address or phone number entered in the form.
• The business or Meta Page whose form you submitted, if known.
• The approximate date of submission.

Do not email us your Facebook password, SellQro password, access token, payment-card information or government identification unless specifically required through a secure verification process.

Option 3: Remove SellQro from Facebook

You can remove the SellQro app from your Facebook account:

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy.
2. Select Settings.
3. Open Apps and websites.
4. Find SellQro and select Remove.

Removing the app withdraws its future access through your Facebook account. To ensure deletion of information already stored by SellQro, also email the deletion request described in Option 2.

How we verify requests

To protect workspace and lead information, we may verify that the requester controls the relevant SellQro account, workspace, Meta Page, email address or submitted contact details. We will request only the minimum information reasonably needed for verification.

If lead information is controlled by a SellQro customer, we may coordinate with or refer the request to the relevant Workspace Admin while assisting as required by applicable law.

What we will delete

Depending on the verified request and applicable obligations, deletion may include:

• The encrypted Meta Page access token and connection information.
• Page, form, form-mapping and discovery records associated with the connection.
• Meta lead-delivery identifiers and processing metadata.
• Lead fields received from the identified Meta Instant Form.
• Other personal information that can reasonably be linked to the verified requester.

Processing time and confirmation

We aim to acknowledge a complete request within seven business days and normally complete verified deletion within 30 days. If additional time is required because of verification, technical complexity or a legal obligation, we will explain the reason.

We will send confirmation to the verified contact address after completing the request.

Information that may be retained

We may retain limited information where required for security, fraud prevention, payment records, legal obligations or the establishment or defence of legal claims. Retained information will be restricted to the relevant purpose.

Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until the normal backup cycle completes. Aggregated or irreversibly de-identified information that can no longer identify a person may also be retained.
